Refund and Exchange Policy
At 8O8void, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to upholding your rights as a consumer in accordance with the E-Commerce Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1. Timeframe:
- Returns: You may request a return within (3) days from the date of receipt.
- Exchanges: You may request an exchange within (7) days from the date of receipt.
2. Conditions for Return & Exchange: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and without signs of use).
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- We cannot accept items that have been damaged or altered in a way that prevents them from being resold, unless the damage is due to a manufacturing defect.
3. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Requests made after the specified timeframes (3 days for returns, 7 days for exchanges).
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged due to misuse.
4. How to Initiate a Request:

- Provide your order number and details regarding the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will proceed with the exchange or initiate the refund process.
5. Shipping Fees:
- If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover all shipping costs.
- If the return or exchange is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection), the customer is responsible for the shipping fees to return the item and for the shipping of any replacement item.
6. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within (14) business days from the date we approve the return.
